About Us

We believe we can all become the very best version of ourselves.

Simple Happy Soul was created in 2015 to inspire people toward their simple ways to a happy soul. Life is hard. We believe you can do hard things, especially when you have a tribe supporting you along your journey. So we created the Simple Happy Soul weekly newsletter to help you assess where you are, envision where you want to be, and create the plan to get there. Because when you see it, you’ll believe it, and when you believe it, you’ll see it.

Do you feel it? That feeling deep in your gut that you are meant for more? That feeling that you can change? Can achieve? Can create the life of your dreams? That feeling that you are already enough yet you can become even better? We feel it, too. Our human experience is complicated and far from easy, though. Even still, there are simple things we can do to make life meaningful.

So, think of us as your virtual life coach, leading you from where you are to where you want to be simply by piquing your passion to fulfill your purpose.
